Working closely with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Service Delivery teams, the role supports operational resilience, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve service quality.

What you'll do

Payment Processing & Transaction Delivery
Validate transaction instructions and customer information to ensure processing accuracy and reduce operational risk
Investigate, resolve, and escalate payment exceptions, reconciliation breaks, and processing issues to minimise service disruption
Deliver consistent operational performance against quality, productivity, and turnaround-time objectives
