About the role

Achieve the Month-on-Month targets as per the Performance scorecard. To ensure hiring of BDE is completed in line with the budgeted headcount Drive the team to Cross-sell multiple products to clients To deliver on FCRMP, ABC, AML & CDD standards Drive team to reduce TAT by reducing errors & bringing in process efficiencies

What you'll do

  • Ensure timely MIS with accuracy of data
  • Ensure hiring of BDE is completed in line with the budgeted headcount
  • Drive the team to Cross-sell multiple products to clients
  • Drive team to reduce TAT by reducing errors & bringing in process efficiencies
