About the role

We are looking for a candidate who is result driven, self-motivated, and innovative with experience in leading a team and with hands-on experience in product design, testing and validations.

What you'll do

  • Use product domain expertise across multiple projects
  • Assist global engineering teams with New Product Development (NPD), cost optimization/reduction (VA/VE), and Reverse Engineering for legacy parts
  • Create, develop, and evaluate new product design concepts following ANSI, IEC, IEEE, IP standards
  • Finalize results of design reviews and design decision meetings; prepare detailed reports
  • Manage Product Data Management (PDM) and Bill of Materials (BOM)
