About the role

As a Coding Team Manager, you will be responsible for team management, service delivery of day to day in coding functions to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet contractual SLA’s. Demonstrate leadership and take accountability. What you'll do

• Responsible for project planning and all process documentation. It also involves being responsible for quality delivery and team performance
• Manage, train & develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction
• Managing client interaction and customer engagement, as well as coordinating with client and internal teams
• Responsible for work allocation / distribution to the team and monitor the team work
• Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report KPI’s; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as required
