Team Manager Real Estate Finance Data Management & Analytics

About the role

The role combines deep financial and operating expertise with leadership, data and transformation capabilities to solve complex challenges across valuations, investment performance, planning and reporting. It will lead a multidisciplinary team of finance and technical specialists, shape priorities and build scalable finance capabilities through data, analytics, automation and frontier AI.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify and prioritise complex finance and data challenges
• Apply deep financial and operating judgement across fund-level finance, valuations, investment performance, FP&A
• Drive end-to-end finance transformation, redesigning processes and strengthening data, controls, analytics and automation to improve scalability
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of finance-led and technical specialists, aligning capabilities to priorities
• Shape applications of industry-leading AI tools and frontier models across Real Estate Finance

What you need
