About the role

The Team member - Chairman & Promoter's Office plays an integral role in providing executional support to the Chairman’s Office team. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, tracking action points, supporting proposal evaluations (including NFA), and facilitating review meetings. The Team Member will assist in all execution-related tasks, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives, and maintaining data accuracy.

What you'll do

• Collect and organize data from various business units, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
• Analyze the data to provide insights and support decision-making at the Chairman’s Office
• Ensure that all collected data aligns with corporate objectives and is ready for review meetings or strategic evaluations
• Assist in preparing for and supporting review meetings by ensuring all necessary data and materials are ready
• Participate in cadence calls to track progress, identify key issues, and monitor action points
