we are looking at on-boarding a dedicated resource for CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management). The role will encompass the following
What you'll do
- Customer Lifecycle mapping and segmentation
- Drive customer loyalty across the entire customer base irrespective of channel/distributor
- Responsible for managing Customer NPS across all channels
- Drive customer & distributor engagement with entire existing customer/distributor base through segment based engagement based on identified lifecycle triggers
- Upsell/cross-sell % via any channel
