About the role

The HR - ER Compliance Manager – Zonal will be responsible for Employee Relations and compliance across assigned branches within the zone for the Gold Loans business. The role ensures adherence to statutory labour laws, company policies, audit requirements, and ethical HR practices. The incumbent must be comfortable with frequent travel to branches for audits, investigations, and compliance monitoring.

What you'll do

• HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance across branches (Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESI, CLRA, POSH, etc.)
• Conduct periodic HR compliance audits across branches
• Maintain updated compliance trackers and documentation
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for statutory filings and inspections
