About the role

PR Creation as per NFA, Vendor code opening, SES creation and ARIBA and V SPEED support to vendor. Maintain books of accounts and supporting documentation. Ensure proper accounting classification and cost center allocation in SAP. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Service Entry Sheets (SES), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) as per SAP workflow and approval matrix.

What you'll do

• Maintain books of accounts and supporting documentation
• Ensure proper accounting classification and cost center allocation in SAP
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Service Entry Sheets (SES), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) as per SAP workflow and approval matrix
• Maintain vendor and customer master data in SAP as per approved procedures
