Team Member - FSS Controlling

About the role

Focus on Controls, Compliance and reporting as per internal policies and statutory and legal requirements. Timely book closure activities which include accurate review of provision entries. Efficiently handling audit queries both statutory or internal (as applicable). Any compliance gap should be flagged and duly discussed to ensure adherence to the law.

What you'll do

• Review of Trial balance and provide variance reasons for key movements to Corp team
• Conduct cross functional/departmental meetings to review the specific balances and reconciliations.Track actions and close the same
• Ensure hygiene check for all open balances are duly done
• Establish strong and healthy connect with key stakeholders to making process more effective, identifying conflicts and resolution for the same
• Work towards partnership and aid in beneficial business outcomes

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• TDS
• Accounting
• Accounts receivable
• Month-end close
• Internal controls
• Chartered Accountant
