What you'll do

• Engage clients and secure M&A, corporate restructuring, and capital raising business
• Track record in raising private financing from PE funds, Special Situation Funds, Distress Funds
• Ensure complete execution of M&A, corporate restructuring, and private capital raising mandates, including client management and deal documentation
• Assist capital markets team in pitching for IPO business and provide industry/company analytical support
• Work closely with capital markets and syndication teams to generate new mandates and assist in execution

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Capital markets
• M&A
• SEBI regulations
• Investment banking
• HTML
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
