Team Member - OSD Production (Granulation /Compression)

About the role

This role is for a Production Operator responsible for setting up, calibrating, and operating manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety standards. The position involves preparing raw materials, conducting in-process checks, maintaining documentation, and performing cleaning and sanitization activities.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for setting up and calibrating machinery, preparing raw materials, and ensuring readiness for production
• Be responsible for conducting in-process checks (weight variation, hardness, disintegration) to maintain product quality
• Be responsible for recording production activities, maintaining GMP documentation, and supporting internal/external audits
• Be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, performing CLTI activities, and verifying calibration of instruments
• Be responsible for troubleshooting minor equipment issues, supporting preventive maintenance, and implementing CAPA for repeat problems
