Team Member - Payables Accounting

About the role

Key position for Finalization of TTSL COS, Marketing, call centre Costs, Lease line cost, along with actualization, variance analysis and schedule preparation Vendor Reconciliations and follow-up for open item closures (Incl. RPT)

What you'll do

• Detailed responsibilities are as follows –
• 1: Finalisation & supervision of IT & Leaseline Costs for TTL and all costs for TMMPL which include reporting of reasons for variances to Management
• 2: Actualization entries & discussion and analysis with various stakeholders and checking of provisions and reporting in exception file
• 3: Provision ageing compilation and reporting to all users along with mentioning reasons for ageing more than 180 days
• 4: PO- Non-PO Compliance report to be checked and circulated and engagement done with stakeholders to show improvement

• Any graduate
