About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead Generation, client engagement, site visits coordination, and supporting the sales team to convert prospects into customers. This role acts as a critical link between marketing, sales, and client service.

What you'll do

• Understand and closely analyze the customer's requirements
• Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
• Follow-up with customers, regular follow-up & achieving high conversions
• Coordinating with sales team for site visits and updating & maintaining reports in excel
• Responsible for the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits
