About the role

Conduct Offsite Surveillance through Data Analytics, seek support from IT and Business Units / Branches. Coordinate for responses. Extraction of data from internal system and monitoring of customer transactions & internal transactions using data analytical tools and highlighting critical issues. For repetitive nature of work should be able to use Macros / RPA for generating exceptions

What you'll do

• Conduct Offsite Surveillance through Data Analytics, seek support from IT and Business Units / Branches. Coordinate for responses
• Collaborate across company / teams for collecting responses and taking the identified issue to resolution
• Identifying root cause for exceptions, i.e. control lapses, system operational issues
