About the role

The role involves evaluating development regulations, monitoring construction progress, auditing external valuation reports, and preparing technical notes and management reports to guide credit decisions and portfolio risk management. Perform technical due diligence and valuation reviews of real‑estate assets proposed as collateral.

What you'll do

• Perform technical due diligence and valuation reviews of real‑estate assets proposed as collateral
• Assess development regulations, statutory approvals, and zoning norms to identify project risks
• Monitor construction progress, project viability, and collateral adequacy across the portfolio
• Audit and ensure quality of valuation reports prepared by external consultants
• Engage with developers, architects, valuers, and internal credit/legal teams to support financing decisions
