About the role

The Team Member - Middle Office supports treasury operations by monitoring transactions, ensuring compliance with risk policies, and reconciling data across front, middle, and back offices. The role focuses on risk reporting, transaction validation, and process enhancements to maintain operational accuracy and support the treasury’s financial and risk management objectives.

What you'll do

• Report breach summaries and subsequent progress to senior management
• Ensure zero defaults by proactively flagging covenant headroom risks to senior management

• 5–9 yrs of experience
