What you'll do

• Responsible for managing off-roll team who are required to manage end to end relationship with the assigned set of investors. Ensure cross sales
• Responsible for hiring and assessing fit candidates for the process
• Tracking and highlighting possible customer issues due to improper lead management
• Ensure proper documentation of the operations process, keeping them updated on timely manner
• Ensure processes are consistent with defined compliance norms
