Technical & Leadership Hiring Own end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑senior and leadership roles across engineering, product, data, cloud, DevOps, and related domains. Utilize market intelligence to advise business leaders on hiring strategies, talent availability, and competitive trends. Stakeholder Management Partner closely with technology leaders, hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring success profiles.

What you'll do

• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for leadership and niche technical roles across industries
• Drive structured intake discussions and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Build strong talent pipelines from multiple sources including social platforms, communities, events, referrals, and market mapping
• Maintain accurate hiring metrics, dashboards, and pipeline reports
