Tech Lead - Backend (AI)

About the role

As a Technical Lead - Backend (AI) , you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of backend systems that serve millions of users. You’ll work hands-on with the codebase, mentor engineers, and ensure our backend is scalable, performant, and future-ready. The role demands deep expertise in Python (FastAPI), async programming, and distributed systems, along with strong leadership skills to guide complex projects from concept to deployment.

What you'll do

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight users
• Own and drive the technical roadmap for core backend systems
• Architect and build scalable, fault-tolerant microservices in FastAPI
• Design and optimize asynchronous workflows for high-performance API calls
