Tech Lead

About the role

You will resolve production tickets quickly, troubleshoot servers, processes, and applications, and reach out to the business team or developers without delay whenever an issue needs their input.

What you'll do

• Own the night-shift production support queue: pick up, prioritize, and resolve tickets within agreed response times
• Troubleshoot across the full stack: application servers, Windows services, scheduled jobs and processes, databases, APIs, and front ends
• Analyze logs, error traces, SQL Server query plans, and server metrics to find the root cause, not just the symptom
• Ship hotfixes or safe workarounds quickly, then follow through with permanent fixes
• Reach out proactively to business users, US stakeholders, and developers whenever a ticket needs their input, rather than letting issues sit

What you need
