Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions aligning to Salesforce best practices
Define optimal design and solution to client provided requirements
Deliver customer requirements within agreed timelines and adhering to SLAs agreed
Drive the team for delivery excellence
Mentor and guide team members, providing support on project deliverables
