About the role

Lead the design & development of Intelehealth’s complete web stack Solve complex architectural, scalability & performance issues Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Single PoC for all activities in the Web app/FSD team - Lead from the front & help team in overcoming technical challenges

• Review code of team members
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that team members can understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitoring team members' productivity to ensure high quality deliverables on time
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Hire and train new team members

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
