About the role

A Full Stack Engineering Manager is accountable for the end to end technical delivery, stability, and evolution of the Drill & Blast System (DBS) across frontend, backend, optimization engines, and Azure cloud infrastructure. The role blends hands on architectural authority, people leadership, and delivery governance, ensuring DBS remains scalable, secure, and aligned with business and operational needs across mining sites.
