About the role

The Backend Development Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend platforms using .NET, Azure, and modern API architectures. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, team management, and delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality, secure, and performant backend systems.

What you'll do

• Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable backend systems and microservices
• Define standards for API design, security, performance, and scalability
• Ensure adoption of best practices in C#, .NET Core, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems
• Drive architectural decisions for cloud-native solutions on Azure
