About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to deliver and develop high-impact training experiences for technical teams across engineering, AI, and digital domains. This role requires strong presentation skills, instructional design knowledge, and deep familiarity with technical content such as programming, infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, or cloud-based tools.

What you'll do

  • Deliver instructor-led technical training sessions (in-person and virtual)
  • Facilitate learning across multi-generational, culturally diverse teams
  • Conduct training needs analysis to align learning objectives with role expectations
  • Run pre- and post-training assessments to measure comprehension and retention
  • Content & Curriculum Design
