About the role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a variety of technical documentation, including user manuals, operating instructions, online help, release notes, product data sheets, and installation instructions. This role provides opportunities to work with global cross-functional product teams and gain deep knowledge of enterprise software products and technologies.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including product data sheet, user guides, installation manuals
- Learn and work with Client’s software and hardware products
- Understand client’s customer personas and their specific needs
- Refer demos, videos and anything else that helps to collect pieces of information to develop technical documents
- Write task-based topics with related concepts and reference topics as needed
What you need
- 3–6 yrs of experience

- B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
