What you'll do

  • Responsible for getting the prescribed drugs from OT stores
  • Checks the correct label, expiry dates of the drugs, which are in use for anaesthesia and label them properly before giving the anaesthesia
  • Keeps ready the following things ready for surgery
  • Boyle's apparatus with ventilator
  • Helps the anesthetist during induction and recovery of the patient from anesthesia
