About the role

Bentley Systems seeks a dynamic Technical Account Manager (TAM) to collaborate closely with the Account Manager (AM) in driving goals through effectively managing the technical relationship and strategy for Bentley's most strategic accounts.

What you'll do

Work closely with Account Managers and users to develop technical account strategies and compelling value propositions
Collaborate with Account Managers to run discovery sessions, identify user value, gather requirements, and with support for Solution Engineering colleagues
Document the technical roadmap for the account plan and contribute to account reviews
Cultivate strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within assigned account(s)
Coordinate a response to technical questions, concerns, and objections raised by accounts
