About the role
This is a high-impact opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with practical problem-solving—from leading the monthly close and explaining key variances to modeling new awards, supporting disclosures, and partnering with payroll, tax, audit, and other teams worldwide.
What you'll do
- Reconcile share-based comp accounts, research unexplained activity, and work with partners to achieve resolution
- Reconcile and report Capital Activity
- Assist with calculations of performance-based awards and past or future modifications to existing awards
- Assist with purchase accounting as applicable
- Record expense for ESPP and true up upon purchase
What you need
- 3–6 yrs of experience
- Reconciliation
- Accounting
- Excel
- US GAAP
- IFRS
- Bookkeeping
- Any graduate
