What you'll do

Responsible for delivering technical solutions that enable global Life Sciences organizations to successfully adopt and utilize IDBS software
Work with enterprise integrations, APIs, data exchange, testing, and solution delivery to support complex laboratory informatics implementations for global Life Sciences…
Support the implementation, configuration, and integration of IDBS software solutions, including E-WorkBook and Polar, for leading global Life Sciences organizations
Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineering teams to gather technical requirements, design solution approaches
Work with APIs, data exchange processes, authentication methods, and system configurations to support implementation activities, troubleshoot technical issues
