About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Consultant – Client Success to join our team. In this role, you will support o9 customers post-implementation, ensuring seamless platform operations, strong customer outcomes, and high system reliability.

What you'll do

Support o9 customers post-implementation, ensuring seamless platform operations, strong customer outcomes, and high system reliability
Play a critical role in managing automated batch processes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across Support, DevOps, Product
Ensure timely response, recovery, and resolution of batch automation disruptions while meeting customer SLAs
Monitor and maintain smooth operations of o9’s cloud-based platform
Work closely with DevOps and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
