About the role

This Customer Success role at BEAM AI is ideal for engineers, estimators, or project managers from mechanical, civil, electrical, or construction backgrounds who want to transition into a client-facing role. Acting as the technical expert, you’ll bridge communication between customers and the estimating team while driving adoption and success.
