Technical Customer Success Manager - Europe

About the role

This is not a traditional relationship-management, account-handling, or ticket-routing role. This is a unique, high-leverage position sitting directly at the intersection of Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, Support Triage, and Customer Enablement . You will own the technical post-sale lifecycle of major global portfolios, ensuring complex compliance and security data scales smoothly within client environments.

What you'll do

• Enablement & Knowledge Infrastructure: Actively extract engineering tribal knowledge and turn it into scalable, self-serve corporate assets
• Play a critical role in ensuring our customers' success by driving the adoption and effective utilization of our SBOM (software bill of materials) management platform
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to deliver a seamless experience
