Technical Design Lead for Salesforce Field Service Management

About the role

You will own the architecture, technical design, configuration, development and design related to our Field Service Management solution (FSM). As the Technical Design Lead you will lead and guide internal and external teams in developing and implementing FSM. You are responsible for establishing guidelines and processes, as well as validating and approving all designs.

What you'll do

• Own the technical design and solution both for FSM Core and FSM Mobile
• Own the solution functionality design as per approved demands, and translate those to IT functional and technical requirements
• Support in defining data model and controlling data integrity for the solutions
• Support FSM license management
• Ensure that solution development is in line with business objectives, user needs, target architecture and IT standards & frameworks
