About the role

The position is open across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, and Gurgaon . Combine technical leadership with client engagement, bid support and P&L accountability

What you'll do

  • Provide mechanical discipline leadership on hyperscale and colocation data centre projects
  • Set and uphold design standards, QA/QC and technical governance
  • Lead client presentations, design reviews and technical interviews at senior level
  • Support bids and proposals, including strategy, scope, resourcing and fee build up
  • Own P&L performance for the mechanical discipline: utilisation, margin, forecasting and resource planning
