What you'll do

Lead and facilitate initiatives for process enhancement utilising Lean, Six Sigma
Technical drawings and professional CAD Layout preparation for sales product development and customer support
Drive innovation by implementing improvement suggestions generated through collaborative brainstorming sessions and the dissemination of best practices
Develop and execute manufacturing strategies and roadmaps aligned with organisational objectives, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction
