About the role

Provide technical support to BC agents and kiosk operators. Resolve issues related to micro-ATMs, biometric fingerprint scanners, portal login and application access. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and peripheral-device issues. Diagnose and resolve server time-outs, Aadhaar authentication/UIDAI failures and fund transfer failures.

What you'll do

Provide technical support to BC agents and kiosk operators
Resolve issues related to micro-ATMs, biometric fingerprint scanners, portal login and application access
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and peripheral-device issues
Support BC agents in resolving transaction-related technical issues
Coordinate with the relevant technical teams for issues requiring escalation
