What you'll do

• Deliver company-based training programs that support business outcomes
• Plan, schedule, and run customized training for sales, leadership/management, technical topics, and other skill areas
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and organizational development solutions
• Collaborate with business segments, global functions, and Centers of Expertise to tailor or localize delivery as needed
• Encourage participation and engage the audience to support change management in client groups
