About the role

What you'll do

  • Handle the full training delivery cycle, including consulting on needs, scoping, tailoring sessions, beta delivery, certification workshops, and exam proctoring
  • Stay current on new and emerging networking technologies and help prepare new courses for launch
  • Share feedback with course development teams based on learner questions and classroom experience
  • Support learners across Asia Pacific time zones, with occasional global delivery
  • Travel as needed, up to 50%
