Technical Instructor — Palantir Foundry & AIP | Bengaluru

About the role

We're hiring a Technical Instructor to lead live Foundry & AIP trainings for enterprise teams. This is an instruction-first role where you'll spend most of your time in front of learners — reading the room, adjusting on-the-fly, and making complex platform concepts land for audiences that range from developers to business users.

What you'll do

• Deliver multi-day, in-person and virtual Foundry & AIP trainings for customers and partners, owning the room from preparation through delivery and follow-up
• Translate complex technical concepts for mixed audiences — developers, analysts
• Build and improve curriculum — develop new training modules, refine existing ones based on what you learn in the room, and keep materials current as the platform evolves
• Create recorded and written content as the role matures — tutorials, walkthroughs, and reference material (this is secondary to live delivery and comes later)

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Teaching
• LLMs
• Python
• Spark
• B.Tech or B.E.
