About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Master Data Management (MDM) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data architecture, ensuring data consistency and driving data governance initiatives across the organization.

What you'll do

• Play a pivotal role in shaping our data architecture, ensuring data consistency and driving data governance initiatives across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, business analysts, and product owners to define data strategies and roadmaps
• Design and implement data models, data quality rules, and integration patterns for master data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor)
• Mentor and guide a team of developers and data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and technologies; lead POCs and vendor assessments
