Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to provide technical direction for secure medical connectivity software. The role combines hands-on software engineering with architecture, technical decision-making, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in Linux-based software development, cybersecurity, networking, and software quality.

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for secure, Linux-based medical connectivity solutions
• Guide the development of secure, reliable, maintainable, and testable software across the product lifecycle
• Mentor engineers and promote strong engineering practices, including secure coding, automation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, and global development teams
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while supporting applicable quality and regulatory requirements

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Python
