What you'll do

• The role leads offshore delivery, governs employee lifecycle processes, and ensures secure, scalable integration with recruiting, payroll, identity
• Lead Employee Central configuration covering foundation objects, employee data, position management, workflows, business rules, event reasons
• Design and support Onboarding 2.0, rehire, crossboarding, and offboarding processes, including forms, tasks, compliance activities, and responsible groups. 3
• Own integrations with Recruiting, payroll, learning, identity management, SAP ERP/S/4HANA, and third-party applications using Integration Center, APIs, OData
• Lead requirement workshops, solution design, functional specifications, testing, release management, cutover, and production support. 5
