About the role

The engagement covers essential business-as-usual support only; projects, major enhancements and new integrations require separate approval and commercial agreement.

What you'll do

• Reporting: provide one concise monthly status report covering refresh completion, reconciliation, key issues and actions
• Completed monthly data refresh for agreed business units and source files
• Reconciliation summary showing source total, loaded total, variance and resolution status
• Updated approved classification, supplier, ISA and GFA mappings
• Issue log for material open incidents and dependencies
