About the role

Improve AI-led conversion accuracy and automation by tuning agents, workflows, prompts, recipes and reusable migration patterns for mobile application modernization.

What you'll do

• Analyze discovery, conversion, test and parity outputs to identify failure modes and human-intervention hotspots
• Develop and tune Python-based workflows, agentic flows, prompts, rules and recipes for Android/mobile conversion
• Convert successful remediations into reusable blueprints, SDK mappings, code patterns and GenAI cookbooks
• Benchmark automation, quality, cycle time and effort improvements across complexity tiers and customer waves
• Partner with conversion engineers and QA to validate changes, prevent regressions and document HITL evidence
