Technical Lead

About the role

Provide high-quality AMS support and controlled change delivery for the EPPM & PS, XRange Consultant capability within the A2D (EPPM) tower, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder collaboration.

What you'll do

• Support EPPM/SAP PS project structures, planning, budgeting, costing, execution and reporting, including XRange solution components
• Troubleshoot functional/integration issues and support configuration, data reconciliation, testing and enhancements
• Handle assigned incidents, service requests, defects and minor enhancements; prepare analysis, configuration/code, test evidence and documentation with senior SME support
• Perform root-cause analysis, problem management and preventive actions for recurring production issues
• Support unit/SIT/UAT/regression testing, release/transport activities, knowledge transfer and operational documentation
