About the role

Provide application support, administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement for Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, refresh processes, and analytics solutions to ensure business users have reliable access to accurate and timely reporting

What you'll do

• Incident & Service Request Management
• Provide L2/L3 support for Power BI reports, dashboards, workspaces, and datasets
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to report failures, refresh issues, data discrepancies, and performance problems
• Manage service requests, user queries, access requests, and report configuration changes
• Ensure SLA adherence for incident and service request resolution

What you need

• 6–10 years in software engineering
• Power BI
• DAX
• Power Query
• Data modelling
• SQL Server
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate
