About the role

Polarion Consultant (L2/L3 Support & Application Administration) Offshore (India) with collaboration across global teams. Support coverage aligned to customer business hours 6-7 Years of experience in Polarion ALM administration, configuration, support, and maintenance activities

What you'll do

  • Application Support & Maintenance
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Polarion applications including incident management, service request fulfillment, and defect resolution
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues and deliver timely resolutions/workarounds in line with agreed SLAs
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues
  • Administer and maintain Polarion configurations, workflows, user roles, permissions, projects, and repositories
