About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across both backend and frontend technologies, have hands-on experience in modern Java and UI frameworks, and demonstrate the ability to mentor teams while driving technical excellence.

What you'll do

Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews
Drive architecture and design decisions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions
Design and develop end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, middleware, and database layers
Build and enhance microservices-based applications using Java and Spring ecosystem
